Q: What makes the soft tubes Biodegradable?
A: The sugarcane material is 100% bio-based. It is made into plastic tubes using EVOH layers and a proprietary blend of “Green Polyethylene”. This method creates an extremely low carbon footprint while being biodegradable in 4-5 years once composted.
Q: What’s the best way to dispose of the soft tubes?
A:The best way to dispose of these tubes is to compost them where they will begin to biodegrade after 3 -5 years. You may also recycle once thoroughly cleaned, while they will be recycled they will not biodegrade this way.
Q: Is all of your other packaging eco friendly?
A: All other packaging has been made from post-consumer recycled material, no virgin plastic. Our Prime + Set powder jar can be recycled once empty and rinsed out. Our Lip Sheen tubes must be thrown in your regular trash bin. All boxes can be recycled.
Q: What’s the best way to apply 14e products?
A: For the Foundation we recommend a flat top foundation brush. Beauty blenders and sponges do not work well for applying. Our Sheer Tints can easily be applied with clean fingers or a flat top foundation brush. Our Cheek + Lip applies best with clean fingers and gentle tapping and blending motions, or a small/medium soft makeup brush. Our Prime + Set powder pairs perfectly with a large fluffy brush for all over application, or a small fluffy brush for setting targeted smaller areas. Our Lip Sheen requires just a few simple swipes across lips until natural waxes and oils warm up.
Q: Should I be worried if my Prime + Set Powder has a bit of loose powder sitting on top of the sifter?
A: No! Don’t worry, your product has never been used before. Our powder has been quadruple milled to help achieve its silky texture. It is SUPER fine and can slip through the lid during a bumpy transit.
Q: How should I store my 14e products?
A: Please store your 14e products away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Typical household temperatures are just fine. Do not leave in a hot car as high heat can affect formula and packaging.
Q: Can I return my product?
A: We can accept the return of products that are defective due manufacturing within 14 days of the date of purchase. Must be returned in original packaging. We offer samples of our Foundations and Sheer Tints for you to try before buying the full size. Discounted items are final sale. We offer complimentary shade consultations via email and Instagram.
Q: How long will shipping take after purchase?
A: Your order should arrive at your door step 6 - 8 days after purchase date. We try our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Mail service has proven to be a bit more unpredictable these days though, so please be patient and understanding if it does happen to take a little bit longer.
Q: Are your products organic?
A: Most of our ingredients we choose to use are organic. All of our ingredients are completely natural, vegan, ethically sourced, and cruelty free.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the US only via our website. Check out our stockist list to accommodate outside of US orders.
